A&IT Project Management

Overview

Academic & Information Technology (A&IT) acknowledges the importance of project management (PM) methods, skills and tools to ability to deliver IT solutions and services to the University community in an efficient and effective way.

The goal of this web site is to:

• inform the University community about what projects A&IT is managing
• educate the University community about how A&IT manages its projects (i.e., what PM methods, skills and tools are used)
• advocate the benefits and importance of project management to the success of A&IT activities
