 Four easy ways to enroll:

1. Enroll Online  Clicking this link you will be redirected to a page that will allow you to submit an electronic registration form to the Extended University office.  The office will input your registration and charge your credit card within 2 business days of receipt.

3. Fax: Fill out the enrollment form and fax it to: (805) 437-8859
    
4. Mail: Fill out, print the form below and mail it to:
