Budget and Support Services is committed to providing expertise, guidance, and support in a wide variety of functions for internal and external customers. We provide support services for annual budgeting and planning, post award administration for external grants and contracts, funding source information – including chart of account maintenance, position management, monthly internal financial reporting for the three auxiliary units and monthly budget to actuals reporting for the University. Additionally, the office works with internal units to create service center rates, recharge rates and administrative fee calculations, PeopleSoft functional support for all finance modules, LCD and Student Financials and prepares the Auxiliary's internal and external audits.
